PowerBilt, HB Foundation Partner On Junior Golf Initiative

THOUSAND PALMS, CA (November 17, 2010) - PowerBilt Golf and the HB Foundation have partnered to invest in the future of golf through a 10-year commitment to junior golf. The HB Foundation will donate up to 50 scholarships a year based on academic achievement, playing ability, community activities, and extra-curricular activities.

PowerBilt's commitment to junior golf currently encompasses manufacturing quality, game-improvement products to enhance the experience during their beginning years in golf. Through the HB Foundation, PowerBilt Golf will be able to get more involved with junior golf, and help grow the game at the local level.

The HB Foundation is a 501c3 organization that raises funds for junior golf programs to help grow the game, and to enhance quality of life through higher education scholarships.

"Since we have been involved with Jim McLean, his commitment to junior golf, including his Junior Academy's have been a huge inspiration for us, " said Ross Kvinge, President PowerBilt Golf "We felt through scholarships we could reach more kids to grow the game of golf and provide a means for higher education"
