Gateway Golf Group To Be Title Sponsor Of Make-A-Wish Foundation Of Arizona Golf Classic

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (October 17, 2011) - Gateway Golf Group, the parent company of Gateway Pro Tour, will be the new title sponsor for the 2011 Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Arizona Golf Classic, scheduled for Monday, Nov. 21, 2011, at Troon North Golf Club in Scottsdale, Ariz.

In its 10th year, the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Arizona Golf Classic provides opportunities during the tournament for players to interact directly with wish kids on the course. There will also be a silent auction, raffle drawing and presentation of prizes for the top golfers.

TourLinks Sponsors City Parks Foundation Corporate Putting Challenge

TourLinks® Sponsors City Parks Foundation Corporate Putting Challenge At World Financial Center Winter Garden In New York St. Petersburg, FL - TourLinks® announced today that they are a Sponsor of the City Parks Foundation Corporate Putting Challenge to benefit CityParks Golf, a free instructional program which reaches 3,500 urban youth annually. With free lessons and use of equipment, the program, held in 12 public parks and on citywide courses, gives kids a chance to improve their skills. The CityParks Putting Challenge Finals will be held Tuesday, August 23rd on a custom-made Tour Links putting green located at the World Financial Center Winter Garden in New York, NY.

Seven local amateur golfers will put their putting skills to the test at the CityParks Putting Challenge Finals. The participants, who are the winners of free lunchtime putting contests held in seven Manhattan office buildings and two metro-area public courses over the past three weeks, will compete for the title of "New York City's Putting Champion" and win a foursome at a local area Golf Course. PGA Pro Gregg Gaulocher and Met PGA Junior competitor, Rebecca Chan, age 10, will be on hand to act as "lifelines," in the event of a miss as each of the players hit multiple putts from various locations on the custom-made, Tour Links putting green.

PowerBilt, HB Foundation Partner On Junior Golf Initiative

THOUSAND PALMS, CA (November 17, 2010) - PowerBilt Golf and the HB Foundation have partnered to invest in the future of golf through a 10-year commitment to junior golf. The HB Foundation will donate up to 50 scholarships a year based on academic achievement, playing ability, community activities, and extra-curricular activities.

PowerBilt's commitment to junior golf currently encompasses manufacturing quality, game-improvement products to enhance the experience during their beginning years in golf. Through the HB Foundation, PowerBilt Golf will be able to get more involved with junior golf, and help grow the game at the local level.

The HB Foundation is a 501c3 organization that raises funds for junior golf programs to help grow the game, and to enhance quality of life through higher education scholarships.
