Adam Scott is a former UNLV Rebel golfer who once lived in Las Vegas, and for many years trained with Las Vegas Golf Region resident Butch Harmon. Scott hasn't lived in Las Vegas for many years, but he will always have strong ties to Las Vegas golf courses. And this past weekend he collected his third title at the Barclays Singapore Open, a prestigious tournament on the European Tour. Scott, who hails from Australia, was the third-ranked golfer in the world in 2008, but then struggled for a time before getting his game back together over the last year.

Jack Nicklaus' Coyote Springs Can Now Be Played Caddie Free
Many times playing golf with the help of a caddie is a great experience, but other times, you want to just tee it up and play casual golf with your buddies without the added cost of a qualified caddie. And starting November 22, Jack Nicklaus' The Chase Golf Club at Coyote Springs, will now be allowing golf without caddies anytime during operating hours, taking away the mandatory caddie rule prior to 11 AM that was in place. Coyote Springs is located about 50 miles from the Las Vegas Strip, and The Chase was quickly recognized as a top Las Vegas golf course experience when it opened in 2008.
